Away from noisy and busy areas, the housing facilities are located in a quite and genuine part of the compound.

Houses constitute typical Arab cities with narrow alleyways and backstreets. There are three Residences: Erriadh, El Boustene and Diar Sidi Bou Saïd, that can be used as  appart-hôtels. Besides, 4 Presidential suites are offered on the side of the Residences.

ALL residences are equiped with private gardens, water springs and swimming pools, so as guests have the impression to be at home. In addition to this, a private beach is located at 300 m from the Medina. There is also a covered parking offering 400 lots.
